SEARCH INSTRUCTIONS
This web site provides the information you will need when filing a claim for Undeliverable Funds. To search for Undeliverable Funds, enter the first three characters of your last name or the name of the writer for whom you are the beneficiary, followed by the asterisk " * " in the "Name" box below, i.e., "bro*" for Brown. Once you click the "Submit" box, our database will search for Undeliverable Funds held for the writer or the writer beneficiary.
If a match or multiple matches exist, the system will display them and you may print a claim form for each match. Print the form and mail it, along with the necessary documentation, to the Department of Undeliverable Funds for processing.
Be advised that this Internet database is continually updated and accounts are added to the site monthly.
